Meet Your Massage Therapist
Hi I’m Liz! I’m a licensed massage therapist working in the Beaverton/Tigard area. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon after completing their 800-hour program. I specialize in wellness sessions, relaxation massage, deep tissue, & sports massage. Within my sessions I incorporate a variety of western medical knowledge with traditional eastern techniques such as Thai massage, ayurvedic massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, & assisted stretching. Additionally, I’m trained in aromatherapy and hot stones. I strive to create a safe space where my clients feel comfortable so that they can let go and let themselves be kind to their body. Life outside the studio:
Outside the studio, I spend most of my time outdoors; You can probably find me hiking in the forest year-round. Books are one of my biggest passions, aside from massage; I enjoy reading, browsing libraries and books stores looking for a new world to jump into and see what kinds of adventures different characters take me on. I’m also a big foodie and I love making charcuterie boards! I enjoy family dinners and hanging out with my friends. All that said, my camera roll is filled with pictures of food, nature, books, and screenshots of massage stuff.
